How to use:

Morning Ritual: Apply 4-5 sprays to your upper body (chest, shoulders, arms) to help energise and prepare for the day ahead.

Evening Ritual: Apply 4-5 sprays to your lower body (legs, feet, back of knees) to promote relaxation and prepare for restful sleep. These areas have thinner skin for optimal absorption.
