Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in the human body! It is an essential co-factor for more than 300 chemical reactions, including those relating to heart health, vascular tone, nerve function and muscle contraction and relaxation. Magnesium is also necessary for tooth and bone formation, protein synthesis and cell division. The basic protocol for all symptoms as well as general health improvement is to rub 3-4 sprays (for adults) into pulse points and behind the knees 2-3 times daily. 1 spray= @20mg elemental magnesium with 94-97% absorption.

Why is it different / better that other types of Magnesium?
Magnesium oil is often made from dissolved magnesium flakes and may have chemical additives – this creates a weaker, impure product. Amazing You’s Organic Magnesium Chloride is an organic, naturally forming liquid sourced from pristine salt lakes in Australian deserts. Magnesium Chloride is the smallest molecular form of magnesium, and is therefore highly absorbed through the skin, directly into your blood stream, in less than a minute!
It can’t really be compared to oral magnesium as the absorption is completely different. For adults, the recommended daily dose is 7-10 sprays to boost magnesium levels. Absorption via oral magnesium is approximately 5-12% whilst transdermal (though the skin) absorption is 94-97% so much smaller quantities are required.
Contraindications to other medications?
There are two types of antibiotics that can have their effectiveness reduced by a maximum of 10% whilst using ANY magnesium supplement, however they are rarely prescribed antibiotics. There are no other contraindications yet found to using Amazing You Organic Magnesium. People with severely low blood pressure or renal failure should consult their medical professional before use owing to magnesium’s ‘relaxant’ properties.
