Your six week journey will follow your own ‘Journey Map’, taking you step by step to the destination of your “BEST YOU” using a combination of life coaching to focus on your desired changes, bodywork to reconnect you with your physical being, daily practices for calming and centering and self care rituals to honour and support you on your travels.
Your “Best You” journey gets you off life’s treadmill and back in touch with your true joy, potential and aspirations!
Your 6 week on-line package includes:
- 6 x 90 minute contact sessions (via phone / Messenger / Skype)
- Personalised body oil and Bush Flower Essence blends
- Candle, crystal and journal
- Weekly homework sheets and handouts
- Email support between sessions
It has been adapted from my face-to-face package to include Reiki, PrimeTuning and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which work effectively both in person and at a distance (e.g. via Skype).
